We support our clients in meeting their lending and mortgage needs. Our services cover a
variety of financial products, including:
• Home loans, including loans for first home buyers, investment property loans, construction loans, top up loans, debt consolidation, business loans, commercial loans, refinancing, mortgage refix and restructuring, and personal loans.
We work with the following lenders to offer mortgage products:
• ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Westpac, Kiwibank, SBS, Co-operative Bank, AIA Go Home Loans, Liberty
Finance, Avanti Finance, Prospa, Unity. The lender list may be updated periodically.
Our services do not include advice on investments, legal matters, or tax issues.
We generally provide our financial advice and services at no direct cost to you. Instead of
charging fees, we are compensated through commissions and payments from lenders with
whom we secure your financing. However, a fee may apply in specific situations:
• If you partially or fully repay or refinance the loan within 28 months of drawdown, or
• If you choose not to proceed with a loan that we have arranged for you.
At TrustOne Financial, we are dedicated to providing unbiased advice and acting in your best
interests. We address any conflicts of interest openly and follow a structured advice process to
ensure recommendations are tailored to your needs.
• We will disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and how they may impact
our advice.
• We do not engage in business decisions that involve close family members or affiliated
entities.
• Any conflicts of interest are shared with you upfront, along with our plan for managing
them, which we proceed with only upon your approval.
• We log gifts or hospitality above $250 in a register and keep this on record for
compliance purposes.
• We receive commissions from lenders we work with, and at times may receive
additional incentives, such as event tickets or training invitations, which we document
and review annually.
Our commitment to transparency is core to providing advice that prioritizes your goals and
builds trust.

resolution process:
1. Acknowledgment – We will confirm receipt of your complaint usually within 2 working
days of receiving your complaint.
2. Documentation – Your complaint will be logged in our Complaints Register.
3. Resolution – We will work with you to address your concerns and may request
a meeting to better understand your issue.
4. Response – Our goal is to respond within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we
will keep you updated on the progress.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to Financial
